Product care and maintenance:  Our 18k gold-plated stainless steel pieces are designed to be sweat and water-resistant, but giving them a little extra care can keep them shining beautifully. To maintain their sparkle, try to minimize exposure to water, creams, lotions, perfumes, oils, and other potentially harsh substances. If you notice any discoloration or residue, a gentle wipe with a soft polishing cloth will restore their original brilliance.

All orders would be delivered by Australia Post eParcel - for both Standard and Express shipping and handling.

The estimated timeframe for shipping and handling is 5-10 business days for Standard, and 2-4 business days for Express. 

If you choose Express Shipping option at check out, your parcels will include a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

For shipping and handling costs, we charge a flat rate of $8.90 for Express, and $6.50 for Standard.
