How to take care your costume fashion jewellery? Here are our tips that will help you in the long term.
- Always keep your jewellery clean by avoiding any exposure to water, creams, lotions, perfume, oils and other substances that can be harsh to the items. Make sure to take off your favourite pieces before washing your hands, or applying any perfume, or lotion.
- Avoid showering or swimming with your jewellery or wearing them in saunas or hot areas.
- Always keep items stored separately in a sealed box, plastic bag, or a soft pouch to help prevent tarnishing, tangling, or damage.
- When you notice any discoloration from residue or other foreign matter on your jewellery, wipe the area with a piece of cotton fabric to restore them to a clean state.
- To keep items looking their best, give them a break every now and then. Fashion jewellery will retain their looks better if you wear them on occasion not every day. By doing that, you can avoid discoloration on your pieces, as well as giving them a break to try something new ;). However, if you wish to have a daily basic jewellery piece, check out our handmade pieces which are plated in gold, which keep its colour in longer term. How long does it take for shipping and delivery?
All orders would be delivered by Australia Post eParcel.
For metro areas, the estimated time of standard delivery is 1-4 business days, and 3-7 business days for rural areas.
If you choose Express Shipping option at check out, your parcels will arrive within 2-4 days with tracking number.
For Express Shipping, we charge a flat rate of $7.90 for all orders less than $55.

Order Dispatch:
In order to meet customer expectation and your needs, we offer same day dispatch for all orders before 12pm. All other orders will be dispatched the next day.

For all our deliveries, we provide a tracking number to you through our shipping confirmation email.
International Orders (USA, UK, Canada, NZ, China & HongKong, and Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Thailand orders)

We offer free shipping for all purchases from $70 AUD.
All purchases under $70 incur a flat shipping cost of $12.00 AUD
Expected delivery time for orders to New Zealand is 10-12 business days depending on location. Please note that there may be delays to shipping during busy periods and holidays.
United States
All other international orders < $120 AUD placed via the AU website incur a flat shipping cost of $12.50AUD. We offer free shipping for all orders over 120$ AUD.
Express shipping 4-8 business days: $16.00 via EMS (for orders more than $55 AUD)
Please note that the order value thresholds for shipping costs apply to the total value of an order after any discount codes have been applied.
All shipping charges from your order are non-refundable, and we are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order. By placing an order with Katherynloche, you are responsible for original shipping charges,

Custom and Duty:

Katherynloche does not cover the cost of return shipping for both international and domestic orders. You may choose regular or express shipping methods. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.
